I've been using it for months and haven't had any issues. It just pulls data, doesn't really interact with your shop directly.

It's an estimate, so not 100% exact, but it's usually pretty close. Good enough to give you a strong idea of what's selling.

I find it pretty reliable for getting a general sense. It's not perfect but it definitely helps me spot hot products and check out what rivals are doing.
